Moringa Mango Chia Pudding

Originally from bon appetit. Not bad - has a little spicy moringa bite after taste but has a rice like flavor because of the sweet earthiness.

Whisk 3.5 cups milk (I used combo of oat and coconut full fat), 2 Tbsp agave or honey, 1 Tbsp moringa, 1/2 tsp salt. Let sit 15 mins. Stir pudding again let sit 15 more minutes. Smash 1 cup frozen mango with a rolling pin. Serve.
